Real Estate Trust Accounts
The audit partner is a certified auditor registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants which allows him to assist licensees in ensuring their trust accounts meet the Fair Trading regulations through the necessary audit process.
The audit for most agents must be lodged with the Director-General no later than 30 September of the relevant financial year.
